Had freezer issue that needed to be fixed (non-emergency as just water was leaking and freeze block of ice at the bottom tray - just a pain in the @$$ to defrost and clean).
Received the same day service (arrived earlier than the scheduled window), professional service, and honest. Technician knew exactly what was wrong and started right away. Excellent service.
Tried to get someone from Craigslist and they were full of shams and scammers - one tried to scare me to fix the entire fridge for $700, and I paid a fraction of it.
Will definitely call again but hope I don't need to call them in the near future.
